The Brief Take

2. We will respond to your inquiry and we set up a discovery call to talk through your project goals and the services you are looking for.

3. Brief take: We will visit you at your convenience at your property to take the brief and understand more about the project.

4. Following this meeting we will provide you with a project proposal to meet your needs.

Design Development

1. Once the Design Strategy stage has been signed off, we will provide you with floor plan layouts of the proposed products and further develop of the choice of product.

2. We will specify in detail all furniture, fixtures and equipment

3. As necessary we will provide you with 3rd party design development in the form of technical drawings, bespoke furniture design and quotes for upholstery, window treatments and any other bespoke product needs.

Design Strategy

1. We will provide you with a strategic design direction also known as a concept board to include colour palette, furniture style and type, general feel and atmosphere for the project.

2. Following sign off we will then provide you with a comprehensive document and sampling service to include proposed materials, furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, window treatments and any accessories proposed. This will be repeated for each room we are designing for you.

Design Implementation

1. On site review with yourself and/or 3rd parties once all choices are signed off to discuss project implementation.

2. Procurement - negotiation of prices, purchasing items, organising of delivery of goods as necessary.

3. Final installation - on site supervision of loose furniture, decorative lighting and styling items.
